The proposal on the NHTSA website is very detailed about what exactly the proposal is for implementing this technology. In layman’s terms, code would work with GPS data to make this technology work.
Teens Using Facebook Live, Killed in Crash
An 18-year-old girl was live-streaming her and and her friend as she drive on a Pennsylvania highway. The live-streaming seemed to cause them to have been driving slowly in the right lane. Both teens died after a tractor-trailer smashed into the back of their car.

Tow To Go by AAA is a free service that gives rides to impaired drivers and tows their cars for free. This service is offered to any motorists not just AAA members.
